The taste of Serbia...

Toplicki Vinogradi Winery

On the outskirts of the wine-growing village Gojinovac, in the Toplica Valley stands a striking ensemble of buildings amidst the endless vineyards: Toplicki Vinogradi Winery. The stunning rock façade of the winery designed by architect Javier Rodriquez Martinez in 2006, can be seen from afar. Built into the hill, the winery seamlessly melds into the surrounding environment. On the top level reside houses, the grape reception and processing facilities, as well as the cooling chamber and laboratory. On the following two levels, you can find the red and white wine aging Chambers.

On the fourth level is the wooden barrel aging chamber, followed by the bottling, storage and shipping hall at the final level. Moreover the winery includes a tasting room and a restaurant. The flow of the wine, the laws of gravity, the temperature controls and the work process dictated the architecture and layout for the entire operation. Our Winery is a rugged yet beautiful, culturally demanding yet rewarding, simple, yet complex construction, where we take pride in producing great Serbian wines at the cutting edge of technology.
